There are some amazing YouTube tutorials by Digital Jeepney. Honestly, I can't praise them enough!

  • Sugar bytes about 40% off - Love to hear if people suggest any of the following apps Looperator/Effectrix/Turnado/Thesys/Unique?

Worth to buy an iPad for the app alone.

I was sceptical about this app, got it after these comments.
This app is bloody amazingly cool. I’m lost, I don’t know 1% of how it works. Who cares, it sounds amazing. Truly unique. I have a few “noises, blips, textures” sample dirs (Heinbach & the like), this does it all and musically. The sequencer is weird as hell but so inspiring. Did I say it sounds really fucjing good?
    GET IT!.

Hello you Bastards! because of you all I bought this and... I'm in heaven
As soon as I heard Oxygene preset at begining I felt like at a Jean Michael Jarre concert!

Waiting for the comment of next infected person through this iVCS3 thread :p

These Eventide bundles are weird as hell. The prices keep changing, really quite drastically, if I open the App Store, look at them, and then close it again.

Yeah you can get the real price of the bundles by scrolling to the bottom of the page and back up again, it's an annoying appstore bug....it's just not always calculating your purchased apps.

Ah yes, I think this is why I couldn't see a price for any bundles after completing my Reverb bundle for free. I get a price after scrolling down, wouldn't save much so not interested, thanks for that!

Am exactly in the same spot, got it because of this thread, no clue how how it works but sounds awesome.
I watched the first Jeepney tutorial and it instantly made sense!

I've been looking at Effectrix and also curious about what you all, who have it, think?

Somebody said I shouldn't hold my breath about Drum Computer, but it's actually also down....

so it shows one bundle for $39, but then if i scroll down and back up. it just says “Get“ where the price previously was. does that mean it’s free or is it a bug ?

If you have most of the apps in the bundle already it says "get" it should be free yes

I have all of these except Unique. Looperator is the only one I know deeply, its great I think. Currently exploring Thesys, also like it a lot.

I started with Turnado (quite a deep and advanced FX unit), then switched to Effectrix because it's a lot more straightforward (and hence fun) to use. A while ago it became an AUv3 which was a nice surprise.
I hardly use it anymore though since I've found out how to do all this and more in Drambo. The only effect Drambo can't (yet) do is reverse or scratch live audio. Works for recorded audio though.

Effectrix is still great if you want a dedicated app.

Thanks, hadn't actually looked at that one (Looperator) but that looks really interesting. Btw, any tips on instant noodles megapack one can live on for about two months? ;) This has gone completely out of hand. And Klevgrand hasn't started their sale yet. Also got a superb deal on Reason (desktop) but I just gonna have to let that one pass. Crazy.

Showing up as £23.99 for me. What’s the normal price?

It was 29 euros full price, I think it was 29 pounds full price in the UK. Anyone know?

Also, any body know what the original price of the looperator IAP was? I might grab it anyway, just curious.

Got my Effectrix for $10 on a sale before the AUv3 version was released. Try again, I think it's on sale.

  • Looperator IAP currently in UK for £15.99 is that a discount?

  • Sugar Bytes IAP In US store:

    • Drum Machine: 26.99 -> 24.99
    • Looperator: 17.99 -> 14.99
  • Classic FX looks absolutely amazing. Rewatching the @Gavinski tutorial and it took me about 5 minutes to buy it. Truly brilliant stuff. It and the 'scaper apps are all on sale.

  • Modely just dropped to $7.99

Thanks for the clarification. DC IAP is 27,99 € here in Europe and I didn't have the impression that this was too much of a discount. Also, the Eventide bundle prices seem to have been fixed. I still got the reverb bundle for 2 € (had two of them), was debating on another one bundle (showed 13€) which is now 43€.

  • Ok fam, I need help again. I have been wanting black hole, it’s been the only reverb I feel like I need (I have pro r)
My question is should I just get black hole at the sale or pick up the bundle that black hole is included in, which comes with some nice stuff but not qvox (another one I’ve been wanting)
But are any of the ones included in the pro effect bundle one worth it too? Should I snag the bundle or just the two I wanted originally?
I have great plug ins but feel I need a good spacey reverb for vocals and a pitch harmonizer or More vocal like effects.

Modely? Can't find that one - have you got an app store link?

  • Don’t know if it’s been posted anywhere but I just saw that Eventide has bundles now. I looked at the reverb bundle and was able to complete it for free (only one I didn’t have was Shimmer). Pro Effects Bundle was 8.03 (I was only missing Tricerachorus). Wasn’t particularly interested in either but I’ll take them for that price!

  • Eventide effects along with Fabfilter, and Sugar-Bytes are the best effects period.
I have all of them on desktop as well allowing me to easily transfer my GB projects back and forth from ipad to Mac and vice versa without changing a thing.
Thank you to all the devs that made this possible.

So what you’re saying is don’t hesitate on eventide?
I have all FF plug ins, about 70% of TB, about 70% of sugar bytes. So now it looks like I need get a percentage of eventides lol or at least for sure black hole haha
