That google sheet is amazing, thank you to those who are updating it
So, no reason for waiting, then?

Thanks for the mental support, I tend to resist
@Gratouilli, @Keyb ,
About 20-25 years ago I worked a lot with cakewalk+HW synths, so the desktop style is very close to me...
The weird thing is that I haven't used any music software in the last almost 20 years, neither desktop nor tablet... Kids, work, some sports took all of my time.
Just re-discovered the world of music software in 2019. But after a 20 years break I can say it's amazing what we can do with an iPad.
Agreed, mate. I've got a load of hardware but there are plenty of things I'm moving away from and parting company with thanks to finding better ways to do them within the iOS ecosystem. The latest example of this is a Beatstep Pro which I have never actually used thanks to being able to control everything far more intuitively using MIDI apps inside AUM.
To make a comparative tangent: I was really impressed by the Novation Peak because the designers hadn't got into the analogue vs digital BS and instead opted to use the most effective thing for each part. Digital oscillators allowed more variety and scope for wave shapes so that's what it has (the glorious Oxford oscillators!) but the analogue filter introduces something that is far simpler to realise with chips and capacitors etc so they used that there. The point is: I want to use hardware where it's most relevant to me to do so and the iPad when it's not.
It’s one of the only DAWs I don’t have too. It’s funny because I actually spent last night trying to convince myself that I need it.
It’s a great DAW for audio recording, mixing and mastering. Lately it as been a bit picky with certain plugins. I stick with FF and TB for mixing and mastering and I have no problem.
Does anyone know whether it’s possible to delete the stock loops in Egoist? I like the app but it clocks in at 800MB and I’d rather use my own crap. Can’t find anything in the manual.

Does this do anything Replicant 2 can't?
I’d love a Peak or a Summit, absolutely astonishing sounds
If you like Replicant you can't pass on this one. I put glitch core and Replicant together on tracks, it's awesome. Glitch core you can program patterns and run them as a sequence. It's also playable. It's worth full price, have no regrets at all.
Purchased
Defentiely looks more straightforward than Replicant.
Skiiid on sale! For all that missed the hypershort sale the last time

Elastic Drums on sale — for the three of you who don't yet own it!

Comes with a CPU warning. Is that still relevant?
Nice! Lots of great IDM weapons today 🤘
I use it on my iPhone 7 without any issues, it’s an almost perfect interface on the phone...
Speaking as the devils advocate, I would say buy it. Half price is nuts for a DAW that offers things you can’t find elsewhere on iOS including the 2 Fabfilter synths. Even if you have all the others, which I do, it might be the fit you’ve been looking for. I don’t use it for everything, I’m more comfortable in MultiTrackStudio in part due to hours in use, but I’ve never regretted the Auria Pro purchase, and I bought it at full price.

It would be out of character for them to lower the price on Black Friday — but then considering all the crazy stuff that has happened this year...
I'll probably wait through Cyber Monday (just in case) before pulling the trigger, but I'm an eternal optimist. With my luck they will remove the $1 discount, but from what I've read, it's worth it at virtually any price.
Glitchcore $1.99
Glitch breaks $1.99
Oops already mentioned
Yea I wouldn’t expect any TB sales, and if so nothing big, simply because they are great plugins already reasonably priced.
I love Glitchcore
I don’t need another DAW. But... I have Zenbeats, Cubasis and BM3... none of them are good at audio editing. I know Auria is supposed to be better. But can someone give me examples and details on what it can do?.
Things that come to my mind:
Would you very wise people recommend it?.
This Black Friday days I feel like one of those “conspiracy end of the world” people that stock tons of food in the basement. Except with iOS apps.
So the SugarBytes apps appear to be free, but with IAPs.
They're a little confusing though. When I open Aparillo, I get a popup that says buy full version Factory for $9.99. When I open Factory, I get a similar popup to buy Aparillo.
It's awesome. Also nice it shows up as my first plug-in so it get used a lot
That’s just a mistake - the IAPs will of course be for the synth you buy them in. All SBs recent apps have used this free + IAP model. Aparillo and Factory are both great, a steal for 10 bucks!
+1 They are excellent and unique synths. They do need a little bit of taming though as the presets are a bit wacky, so well worth reading the manual, or even better, watch Tom Cosm's excellent introductory video series on Youtube first to get a feel for how they work and for what's possible.
