    2 ways to do that :

    • you enter a midi note corresponding to the pad (sample) you want to edit inside piano roll, add some effect with the bus mixer thing and do your editing eq pitch whatever. From there go to menu-tools and you will find rendering sequence, hit this but be sure your sequence is selected and DB ll render the sequence to an audio sample inside a new pop up window where you have the option to export it or assign it with all the editing effect to a new pad.

    • You make your editing inside the pad like pitch eq add effect blabla and once you re good to go, hit the red circle button top right of the screen it s a volume logo , once you hit this button it will record whatever pads you hit and when done hit the icon again and it ll open the same pop up window as mentioned above where you can export the record or assign to a different pad.

    Agree but actually there s no batch export as far as i know, it will be cool but we have to wait.

    -You have to use and link to the 4 mixer bus and main track whatever pads you want , you ll find a render button on mixer view, it ll do the rest and export the 5 tracks (main + 4bus ) as separate audio . Tbh , i don't use it that way.

    My workaround is : prepare all my samples on the 32 pads , once i m happy with the editing of each one , i hit the red volume icon on the right top corner and hit each pads one shot mode (be sure to let a second between each one, it will be easier with transient chop up tool to separate them later inside whatever daw u ll export them) then, hit the red volume button again once i m done, pop up window come up with a single waveform where all my samples ve been recorded and hit export to daw or koala. Get my sample back inside Koala and slice the waveform to 32 pads inside koala.

    I quite enjoy this app. But on my ipad 5 it's almost unuseable - crashes when triggering pads in quick succesion, crashes every time when loading AUv3.
    Do people with more powerful iPads have similar issues?

    Another dawnbeat question: if I understand it correctly, you can only loop the entire sample at the moment, and it is not possible to set a loop region? Or am I missing something?

    Have you tried to reach out to the dev? They’re very responsive to emails in my experience.

    I haven’t tried it on AUV3, but that’s unfortunate.

    The minimum OS is 15.6, I think that iPad you have goes to 15.6 at its max. Anecdotally I’ve had experiences with different software where the meeting of a min OS needed / max OS capable can result in issues.

    It goes until 16.7, so a bit higher. Was hoping that be enough. But I might as well reach out to the dev.

    I’m sure a part it’s the 2GB of RAM Apple annoyingly used to ship iPads with for years. I haven’t experienced any crashes on them quick succession notes being played.

    When taking a screenshot on an older device to show you I did have a crash met with a loading wheel then tried again for testing sake and had all of the audio incapable of playing.. so some issues it seems.

    Okay I figured out a couple of ways to do it

    Easy:

    • Adjust the waveform from the right or left side to where you want the loop start and end.

    Yeah I was hoping I could play the sample from the start and have it loop from middle till end, which isn't possible that way.

    Less Easy: (The way I’ve stupidly done it until I randomly tried the above tip 🥲)

    Select your pad you want to edit then
    MENU->TOOLS->AUTOSLICER-> Top right look for a switch that says Transients and Fixed, click fixed, adjust how many bars, then grab any part of the waveform you want; drag and drop into an empty pad.

    From the new pad of the slice go to ADJUSTS and click LOOP

    Ok that's a complicated workaround :hushed: But nice to know about!

    Great app, such a smooth experience : )

    However, the update brings a new bug in Memorizer for me …

    I can’t get it to work.. it seems ok but saving to a pattern slot doesn’t seem to work.
    Anyone else seeing this behaviour?

    EDIT: reported to dev Luis ..“ I've checked and it's not working, It will be fixed in next update.”

    I seem to be unable to get midi to work in the auv3 version. When in auv3 the configuration menu only has the skin sub menu. Anyone else get midi to work in a host. Tried sessions, logic, and AUM.

    Maybe because it’s a Player version which usually means it’s stripped down version of the standalone app.
