Lady Gaga’s meat dress any one ?
Oh god, that daft thing again.
And of course the whole debate of "what is art?" in the first place. Look, if I wanted to tape a banana to a wall and call it "art", what's to stop me? Will the original "artist" send a "team of lawyers" after me after throwing a grown-up tantrum? 😂 (To be realistic, if I taped a banana to the wall and the paint came off after I removed the banana and tape, my landlord would be the one throwing a fit.)
I love her music from that era, but the meat dress was one of her more bizarre "fashion" choices, that's for certain, lol.
lol so true!
Has anyone else here downloaded and tried the Concert Grand Piano library? The main Concert Grand Piano preset plays extremely out of tune for me. I’m not meaning the overall tuning, like 440, but individual notes are way out of tune with others (like octaves don’t match, etc). It’s like the tuning stretching is way off. Any ideas how to fix that?
Sounds fine over here.
Thanks for the reply. I guess it’s something unique to my setup then. Even deleted the entire app and started over fresh, the piano still out. Oh well…
Maybe a sample rate issue? Try changing the sample rate in your host?
Thank you for that suggestion, I hadn’t thought of trying that. I’m in AUM and it is set at 48kHz. When I try to change that to any others it won’t let me.
After trying to change it, force quit the app and restart it. There was a a known OS problem that this works around.
That seems a likely culprit.
Hmm, can’t seem to change it still. Restarted my ipad too. I’m still using OS 16.6, maybe 48kHZ is it for me on 16.
At least I have a reason for the out of tune problem now. Thanks for your help.
If you don’t have an audio interface, you are stuck with 48k if the iPad was made after 2018
It’s such a bummer that this isn’t Mac compatible like most of Harry’s other apps. Would love to be able to transfer projects across to Logic on desktop and continue to tweak.
The sounds in this are amazing and it's now an absolute bargain to be able to unlock them all for £20. So I've decided to just use this and nothing else for live use as it's great sound quality and keeps things simple.
So, I'm trying to create my own set lists just containing the presets I want to use. Only option seems to be to overwrite existing presets in Live mode as you can't start seem to start from an empty setlist
That's inconvenient but I can live with it. However, as I'm going through the multi sound presets, I'm noticing that any changes I make to the position of the Rainbow slider seem to apply globally to all the other Multi Sound presets? That makes no sense to me @VirSyn - why would changing the layer mix for an individual preset mean that I want to change it for all the others?
Hopefully this isn't actually the case and I'm missing something really obvious but this is what appears to be happening on my iPad. The rainbow slider position works globally rather than being patch specific?
Can anyone shed any light on this please?
@VirSyn? Anyone?
Pretty sure that behavior is intentional. The rainbow slider is mapped to the mod wheel by default, so this way it prevents jumping parameters
