I appreciate you taking the time and explain some of what's going on.
I tell you Tristan that, most of us here know there is a difference between the two markets (Desktop, iOS) and give some leeway, it's just that this one has really been dragging out and it was also not very good communication in the beginning.
Anyway, hopefully all get sorted and we can all enjoy the benefits from that.
(We also have Atoms to put out and it's coming VERY SOON -- we're really excited for that)...
Yay!
Oh wow. That's a really nice upgrade! I'm definitely getting this.
Agreed. The new stuff looks great. Will definitely pay again for this.
Also thank you @tristan for chiming in. Really appreciate you keeping us in the loop!
Really enjoying the new version on desktop, a big improvement over the original, which was pretty damn good to begin with.
Nice adds! I’ve got it on both desktop and iOS though so please don’t make me pay too much to upgrade on both after just a few months…
I see there doesn’t appear be MIDI learn in the plugin UI. But are the parameters (including the main knob) exposed in Aum, Drambo, miRack etc. for MIDI mapping with an external controller?
Also, as a potential new customer, I have to say buying Transit 1 now and then having to pay again for Transit 2 without upgrade pricing at some future time doesn’t feel like a fair proposition.
I refunded Transit on iOS. It’s seems to be completely abandoned, regardless of whatever reasons. Wonder if version 2 will let you save your own presets finally.
Sesson restore and using the AUv3 Hosts preset system worked in Transit v1.
And yes, i also would have loved if the internal preset system would have worked, but the work-around allowed to utilize the Transit v1 plugin in many sessions with different settings without problems.
Looks fantastic. Did you decide not to implement the snap back to zero or is it in there in the second version @tristan?
Yeah, I expect not to use patchwork workarounds when paying for a plugin from a “respected” company
Also, it makes it hard to share presets between mobile and desktop. And even use different hosts on the same platform. Just yikes.
