    I'm using AUM -- didn't seem to auto-start/stop with the AUM transport, but I didn't tinker with it too much. I've got Ableton Link turned on for most things, and adding Patterning to the group works fine.

    That's puzzling. It starts with AUM's transport for me. If that isn't working for you, that would probably be of interest as it is supposed to.

    yes - fastest way is to touch the “coarse tune” control - it will show the coarse tune layer in the loop and you can edit it per step there. you can also record it in, or go to the layers screen to select the layer.

    I’m trying to add cloud kits and keep getting this error popping up which closes the selection box. Weird thing is it’s happening on two different devices. Any idea what’s going on?

    Same here, all kits work, but while skipping through the kits, the message pops up pretty frequently.

    Having loads of fun with Patterning, my favourite new feature is the swing, I'm surprised that's not talked about more here. Thanks for this cool update!

    I’ve had one bug, but haven’t really had time to try to reproduce it again.

    During playback in AUM one instance of P3 slowed down quite a bit, it was playing back at about 1 step per bar. I had to adjust the timing for each sample track in the instance to get it back to speed

    This new version looks great! However, I like to control as much as possible via midi controls or with widgets in Loopy Pro. So, my question is: how many actions in Patterning 3 are available through auv3 parameters in Loopy Pro (etc) and/or via midi learn?
    Can I control delay and reverb values with midi messages? Or drum volumes? Or change patterns?
    If yes, then I’m ready to buy! 😀

    Release date is unknown and not likely imminent. The dev prefers ppl don't share this app in vids or pics at the moment btw, as he is tired of ppl asking him when it's coming out 😁

    I’m glad it’s not causing any major issues other than being annoying. I think it’s specifically p1 drumkits causing this, but not sure yet.

    In p1 and p2 the sample start end points were stored in sample numbers and now they’re stored as a percentage. I think that something in the data migration is causing the error message. But I haven’t been able to sit down and work on it yet.

    AU params - not yet. MIDI learn - most everything. If you find a param not MIDI assignable that should be, let me know.

    I am very happy that this app has been built for Auv3, but is it just a rebuild or are there some differences that are better ?

    Haha yes spacecraft is one of my most used apps of all time. I mix it into everything i make in some regard. Its the perfect app IMO! Not sure on release i actually forgot it was not out yet. I beta test the crap out of it i guess 🤣

    Exposing that many parameters might make sense for some plugins but not others.

    I think the approach of midi mapping the most common functions is a good one, it is more accessible than AUv3 parameters in a lot of contexts.
