well yeah you're correct there but my point is that ppl who have to use a bunch of separate apps to do what they want to do are probably more inclined to try using a desktop DAW
is there a way to get at Samplr's midi for sample slot triggering?
You can let it listen to the midi clock and let it start, stop and sync the tempo from other apps, but nothing more yet.Hope it will get more midi controls in the future.
you had me on the edge of my seat there for a minute Proto, thought maybe you had figured a way in
btw just to let everybody know I got a message from Marcos a couple of days ago and he said that the 'samplr in ilogic rumors' were not true, and he actually laughed at that. I didn't get much else out of him but he's still onboard.
I did tell him to check out all the talk about the app on this forum and over at the iPad group so he is aware .... we are just going to have to be patient to a fault.
i'm glad he's alive and well and i'll give him more of my money if only he'd make stuff
iPad Pro is said to be available starting November 11th. I can't wait to see one in person.
I'm waiting for an amp sale to go through to be able to buy a 128 WIFI model... Anybody in Germany want to buy a Fender Blues DeVille 410 from 1995? 590€ in great condition :-)
I nearly sold the amp yesterday but now the guy said it's too heavy for his age. I have such great reasons to buy iPad Pro but it's just so f*&%ing expensive, especially 128GB, the only configuration that actually makes sense for anything pro...
I went to the local store to fondle an iPad Pro. Unfortunately they didn't have a display unit yet so I couldn't turn it on. But what a tease, it looks awesome and doesn't feel very heavy. I want one. But I'll wait until I can strike a better deal than 1079€ for 128GB.
you and me both, it's like you gotta keep separate accounts ready for some of these devs,
So I ordered one for a great discount price. Also got a nice case for it. The case arrived first. I hope the IPP will follow soon. It sure looks big next to the mini. I was going to post a picture of the 2 side by side but it was too big for posting apparently. So you'll have to imagine:-)
Okay, trimmed the picture:
