    u mean the nu gadgets?

  • Awesome!. Acoustic drums!.
Also the KORG iM1 update added two new library cards.
And module for iPad it's now universal (glad I didn't fall into the trap of the iPhone version earlier) and two new sound packs as well.

    Incredible updates overall.

  • new gadgets are always welcome... Sure was hoping for the 'midi out' gadget though...

  • Holy shit!

  • I still want distortion! :(

  • I can't download til later - what are the new fx?

  • OH my Gladstone sounds good.

  • Pffffffffft! Wow.

  • what are the new fx?

    thank you.

  • Deleted Gadget a while ago and haven't looked back. Didn't feel like getting taken for the ride, and they sure are milking it as I thought they would.

  • Very best update, happy with all the macro effects.

  • Can anyone discern what the "enhancements to make Gadget easier to use" are?

  • god. the sidechain alone makes gadget worthwhile now. and adding upto 5 effects per track ? i can very much make a full track in gadget. only think missing is letting us run very long samples in Bilbao to do risers, fallers, etc......

That side-chain effect worth everything now for great dance groove gluing now. Using London, for example, now can have groovy effect to other sub-bass tracks or any.

Wah Wah effect brings many fantasy ambient sound design.

Macro filter has mixing between two type of filters.

This update is big for bringing back many users and getting deeper into Gadget music.

At this point I don't care. Sure I think the new Gadgets should be on sale for 50% off - but i love Gadget - and accomplish so much more with it than any other app of the hundred + I own that I'm willing to pay a fee extra pennies for new gadgets. Let alone the new free fx. I say thanks very much Korg - please add a few more gadgets in next update!

From my Fidelity X2, I really like the Madrid and found my way into Gadget. I think more musicians alike going to love Acoustic Drum gadget.

Other heavier sounding earphones should be quite massive with its oomph...

my gawd. gladstone and madrid sound divine. definitely grabbing them. will probably also grab abhudabhi on sale....
can anyone tell me the size of gladstone and madrid once installed ?

  • Wohoo, glad i got some store credit left...
Now we only need 'Time-Line Mode', 'Audiotracks' and a fully featured 'Sampler Gadget' to turn Gadget into a proper DAW :)

to be fair if they just increased the max length of the samples in bilbao we would already have a sampler gadget.....

  • The new Gadgets sound great. My only complaint is that they don't have enough parameters to tweak. But still they are definitely worth $9.99 a piece. More sounds for the Gadget ecosystem.
