    @Samu I think I remember you saying that you have an Mpk mini. Personally I think the Mpk's pads are much better than the Nanokey. The Nk's pads are smaller and made of a harder plastic...still "rubbery" just firmer than the Mpk.

    Please help me,

    I feel like I am so stupid and don't no how and why about the new update.

    1- Some how I can not record Gadget with external sequencer and arp tempo, such as Modstep and Cream Mobile.

    I found the Gadget tempo always sounding like a double speed after switch the button to internal (int button) for listening even though the tempos are the same with both external Modstep and Cream.

    As you know, I was not dummy when doing midi. So please help to see what hindering me for the tempo speed matter.

    2- This photo shows Gadget has big empty space bug when I have the Madrid pull down by press that upper right double arrow button.

    What a buggy Gadget for now. I think they hurry up the update.

    I am the #1 target audience for the 80s Electric Piano pack for Module. One of the first threads I put up on this forum was to ask everybody where I could find quality DX7 type FM Piano sounds. When I had my DX7, programmers like Bo Tomlyn were making a lot of really nice and diverse sounds of this type. And I paid a lot to get them.

    So of course I bought it. My verdict? It's good, and it's may be the best I have now, although I really do like the Sonik ones on SampleTank, and there are nice things on iM1. I suppose it's personal. But there really aren't a lot of sounds there. Too many of them are variations with things like Tremolo, Phaser, EQ added (which I could do myself) or layered with Piano and synths. I rarely used my DX7 FM pianos without layering them with my sampler (an Ensoniq Mirage in those days).

    For me it's worth the money. But I would have liked to see more different kinds of FM piano sounds from something that will eventually sell for $20. The sonic possibilities of FM are so vast, I am capable of adding effects and layering sounds myself.

    But I'm happy I bought it and I appreciate that they brought it out with the discount.

    Oh, no. Just simplest thing, Modstep clock and notes drive Gadget Madrid with 4/4 16 steps on Modstep sequencer recording back simple notes to Gadget.

    I am not have it chained to any complex apps all together. You know it. I am capable of.

    Just Modstep will do for testing tempo. Don't do Cream because most of users don't use it.

    Now that they offer a Bass gadget, I'd really like to see a Guitar gadget too, which offers both strum and lead interfaces to play it.

    Check the prices of music hardware, of music software on PC and the quality of (most of) the other music apps on iPad and you'll see that Korg Gadget offerings are really good.

    The update added no new sounds ? And whate those 'init libraries for ?

    basically they doubled the banks for user presets.

    It allows for more saved sounds that you can edit in iM1 and then use in Gadget (if I understand it correctly)

    After using new file for Gadget and new file for Modstep.

    Everything goes fine again.

    If it is ok for you guys, never mind.

    Maybe that older Gadget file has a bug, even the screen of Madrid getting back to normal without that space.

    I am not certain what has been with. Because this Gadget is such giant app to take care.

    could be its a bug that happens on loading an old project. will still try to see if i can recreate it with my old projects.

    I had the same thing happen when i recorded from MusicStudio. When i recorded from Promidi it was fine. I'm not well versed in midi so i have no idea why

    could be its a bug that happens on loading an old project. will still try to see if i can recreate it with my old projects.

    That old Gadget file is my 8 hours ago file, which has been messed around with many external midi and CC. After all the abuses and after reopening many times, which could be the cause. Otherwise, we would have seen many bug reporting in here.

    I'm curious @Kaikoo2 did the project have any interaction with midi studio at all ? because it seems @jn2002dk had a similar problem. I've tested with multiple old projects and it seems i cannot reproduce the bug yet...... but i do not own midistudio.

    global libraries are a special form of user libraries. they have been expanded from 2 to 4

    I had the same thing happen when i recorded from MusicStudio. When i recorded from Promidi it was fine. I'm not well versed in midi so i have no idea why

    Ya, long ago I had some play with Koushion. It always has the Gadget double tempo. I gave up using it for Gadget. After all the confusing stae of my mind, I have most of the iPad sequencers purchased. Now, I have many experiences with all virtual midi thingie.

    It is very difficult to match well with Gadget notes recorded with virtual apps.

    It is always not perfect for whatever we want with Gadget. So the best solution is to have Korg to design a much better arpeggiator and randomizer to has Gadget's own ecosystem.
