Sensual Sax by Embertone - The Most Realistic iOS Virtual Instrument Yet?

Yes
Milo is an awesome conman who is skilled at suckering rubes who, like him, have little experience with women. At least, in his case, he accepts the reason for that turn of events.
This has been an long thread, so, before I try to look closely, have anybody here had Sensual Sax found into Auria Pro as an AUv3?
In my iPad Pro with iOS 10.xx Auria Pro doesn't show Sensual Sax as an AU...?
FYI his user icon is a picture of the character from the film.
Gee, I didn't realise that by objecting to being the unconsenting customer on which Embertone sre imposing their unwanted erotic tastes, that means I am watering down and sterilising Embertone's creativity and humour?
I had no idea that respecting consent and consideration for others were such potent, hurtful weapons. I'll stop immediately.
Oh, wait ...
Yes, and despite the user's professed love for "humor", I seriously doubt that he is cognizant enough to realize that both the novel and the movie are satire.
The fact that you even have to point the obvious out, baffles me. It is a great, absolutely funny, politically very incorrect movie with an IMDB Rating of 7.6. The way you describe this brilliant piece of art shows, that you don't get it. You don't have the mental capacity for it.
This is part of the problem with political correctness. Artistic expression is the first victim. Thank god you bullies are just a very loud, obnoxious minority.
Minority?
So the short-fingered vulgarian Trump also won the popular vote?
Source?
.
Huey was too black-sounding for him.
You couldn't be more wrong. Of course it's a grotesque satire. He tries to feed a cat into an ATM for god's sake. I feel sorry for every person unable to see the humor in this masterpiece. Your lifes must suck.
I really did laugh out loud.
Nicely done.

I see the same as you, ErrkaPetti. Sensual Sax is NOT showing up as AU under Auria Pro. Or as anything under Cubasis 2. It does work fine under AUM.
Well...
You do realize that "American Psycho" is directed by a feminist, right? It was made by Mary Harron, who also directed "I Shot Andy Warhol." You would absolutely detest her — but strong, intelligent women tend to bring out the worst in Trump acolytes.
And then you post the picture of Christian Bale as Patric[k] Bateman with Trump! Holy shit, do you not realize that Christian Bale — whose stepmother is FUCKING GLORIA STEINEM! — is trolling Trump? Do you really not know this?
On a serious note: You basically attacked a member of this forum and insinuated that she was lying about sexual assault. I know you consider yourself a bomb-thrower. I can take being called a "libtard" or whatever, but that crossed a line. I'm sure you don't want to actively hurt anyone of any political stripe. But you should retract that. You can keep up with the name-calling and whatever, but that's too much.
How do you define her feminism? Is she a more like a Christina Hoff-Summers feminist or a 3rd wave Lena Dunham feminist? I know it drives you nuts that i don't fit into one of your neat little boxes, as a culturally lucid Trump supporter. I'm huge fan of her, and my favorite female director is Sofia Coppola. But of course i have to be a chauvinist right?
And you couldn't be more wrong about the picture, it was when they shot "The Dark night rises" in Trump Tower. Btw fun fact, Trump has little cameos in the Novels by Brett Easton Ellis.
And @decibelle stated, that she has been more often sexually assaulted "than she could count". How genuine is such a statement on such a serious matter? Do you think it helps actual sexual assault victims, to marginalize their horrors by conflating them with juvenile jokes of a saxophone app? So yes, i have my doubts about her, and i stand by that.
And yes, i will keep dropping Truth-Bombs. The arrogance, that the leftists think they own culture is mesmerizing. Art used to be about challenging the status quo. Remember which status quo politician would only rally with mainstream artists like Beyonce, to get people to come to her pathetic rallies?
Your time of perceived moral superiority is over. It is a new world now.
Does it show up as an AU in GarageBand?
I've not read the whole thread - it was getting very heavy - but I do think that the sex references cheapen an otherwise good sounding app, so I am not buying it.

Yes though the sexy knob doesn't show on my iPhone 6 Plus. It's possible I'm doing something wrong since I never use GB.
Thanks Phil.
>
Yes, just checked and it is there.
I also heard from the developer, who says it works for them under Cubasis and Auria Pro. But they are taking a look to see why some of us can't see the app there.
>
The interfaces on several apps are not to my personal taste, but that doesn't stop me using them.
Hmmm. So in GB on my iPhone 6 Plus Sensual Sax does work as an AUv3 sans sex knob but gives squealing feedback then crashes on load as the first choice IAA or at least once locked up my phone, completely unresponsive till I performed a hard reboot. Second IAA button fails with "App Not Available - The Inter-App Audio app you have selected is not available at this time."
In AUM on my iPhone in IAA Instrument selection mode SS shows two available IAA Generators and one IAA Instrument. The IAA Instrument fail to initialize even after reload. It also fails to initialize if you choose the first and second IAA Generators.
If you want it to load you must open SS first then chose the first IAA Generator option of SS.
In AUM as a AU Instrument Sex knob and full controls are available and function properly.
I'm using it in cubasis 2 and it works in GB as well. Couldn't see it in Auria pro though. Air 2 latest iOS.
All the marketing for this app clearly shows the SEX button, and that the app is a "SEXPERIENCE." Why did you buy it?
But having bought it for whatever reason, I think you have every right to hate the app and be offended by its sexual references. Haven't we all bought apps we didn't like for some reason? I tend to just not use them, but asking for our money back is also an option. What you can't do, though, is accuse the developers and people who like the app of supporting sexual assault and expect not to have to support such a claim with a rational argument. I don't think it's fair to make such an accusation without providing the evidence, and though you may not mean it that way, it comes off as a bullying tactic to try to force your opinion on people and to stifle their expressive freedom.
My guess is that the developers of Sensual Sax will see the indignation the app is causing and, in the interests of pleasing customers, will remove at least some of the superfluous interface elements. The app will work the same, so I don't really care. In principle, though... not liking the interface and requesting a change is one thing; the tactics used here are another. This kind of repression is more troubling to me than any "imposition of erotic tastes" people have had to endure.
Fair.
So a saxophone app started an argument about Donald Trump.
Nothing is fun anymore.
I'm thinking this sexy app looks like some good fun. Curious what it'll sound like in multiple instances and warped, and mangled. Concerned that some are saying it's not loading in Auria as AU, but it sounds like the devs are on it. Off to check out redsky's demo
Gosh I feel like an old person despite being 32, but I'm going to be blunt. If you don't like the silly risqué humour contained in the plugin, then don't buy it. Or, you can simply find the innuendos unfunny and distasteful but still gain the best sax instrument in the appstore. However, it's your personal choice, and I support your decision either way.
However, if you're actually "oh so offended" by a knob that says "sex" which is CLEARLY a risqué, tasteless and silly joke (much like Sausage Fattener if you stop to think about it), like truly offended so much it triggers you, then you need to stay off of Tumblr and not return to your "safe space" for a good month or two to grow up. You can still visit here of course, but avoid Tumblr. Face the real world and grow a thicker skin while you're at it. A therapist also might do you some good, or at least watching some George Carlin stand-up on youtube.
Also, another piece of advice. If you paid the $4.99 for the app, you consented to it being installed on your iPad. There was nothing unconsensual about it, and there are no two ways about it. It pays well to do your research before purchasing something blindly. Sensual Sax has been out as a Kontakt instrument for 3-4 years (or longer), and it has the same innuendos as the iOS counterpart. There are examples on youtube from 2013.
Now, kindly stop acting like an emotional wreck, reel yourself in, and act like an adult. We're not here to mollycoddle you, nor is Embertone. Again, this is not how the real world works.
Anyways, it appears Sensual Sax isn't showing up in my Auria AU list either, soooooo I think I'll let Embertone know this. Cheers.
