Ruismaker & Ruismaker FM 2.0 updates LIVE
Coming soon: updated versions of Ruismaker and Ruismaker FM. The Audio Unit plugins are completely overhauled internally and now come with their own built-in preset management system.
Additionally, both apps will get their own standalone mode; built around an innovative Euclidean Rhythm sequencer with powerful randomization and probability features.
These updates will be free. So if you already own Ruismaker or Ruismaker FM xmas will come early this year ;-)
Stay tuned!!
P.s. Obviously Audiobus 3 midi features come standard

Ooh lovely, thank you.
Nice!
Incoming... As in... Submitted to Apple?
Excellent!
Not yet, but almost ready. The iPhone mode still needs some work.
Looking good!
Don't know why but those screen dumps kinda make me wish there was a Ruis(Volca) Sample for iOS in the works
Awesome, as ever !
@brambos simply WOW thanks.
Many thanks!
Great news. Thanks a lot.
Like Samu mentioned. A sampler with cloud kits would be a game changer. There's no AU drum sampler out there.
@brambos
Your innovation is marvelous to behold. Consider me a permanent member in the BramBos Insta-Buy Club.
outstanding! really looking impressive
The screen shots are fab, but we need a video!
Also, you may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one: I imagine a world in which the mutations in BramBos apps are coordinated across each other when playing together.
SWEET!
So apart from 1 being a drum machine - what is the difference between the versions as far as sequencing midi?
+1
They are actually both drum machines, so the sequencers are very similar. One supports the original Ruismaker's 8 channels and the other the 6 channels of Ruismaker FM.
So the 8 channel version will mean I can drive 8 midi devices / hardware devices / samplers.
Just trying to work out which app will give me more creative features for driving other midi gear
YUM!!!!
Looking fwd to this
i'd say grab both. they both have link. and 8+6=14 samples.
I've already updated my Ruismaker AUM multi out Drumrack AB3 preset to recieve midi from the sequencer. just waiting for the final build to be out before i post it here on the forum.
Neato, I haven't picked these up yet (I know, sacrilege) but this will push me over the edge to help support quality development.
I will have these twins for my very own. (Laughs manically)
Feeling of deja vu...
Looking very very sweet...just picked up Ruismaker FM as a show of support

Just did the same. Already had the OG Ruis. Sure I'll use it even more with the sequencer. Those screenshots do look fabulous.
Should MIDI be capitalized in the interface? I only mention that because an engineer at Cakewalk mentioned that to me -firmly- decades ago during a spirited beta discussion. I’ve never recovered.

So I realized that I don't actually own Phasemaker. It came out around the time of when I had splurged on a bunch of apps — plus it looks really complicated!
So I'm going to pick it up as a way of saying thanks for updating the other apps with such devotion.
But...there's almost nothing on YouTube about how to use Phasemaker. I tabbed through a long video by Pants of Death that seemed to be 90 percent theoretical discussion! (I did see Jakob Haq's dub demo in Cubasis, which was elegant if not quite my style.)
Who uses Phasemaker?
