@brambos I love that you have the GM Keymap button in the app now. Very nice!
I was expecting it to affect notes going out of Ruismaker. It doesn't seem to do this. Or maybe I need to restart the app? (Sorry at work and don't have time to test). If not, then it would be very nice to have it affect the outbound MIDI as well.
I tried sending midi to Drum Perfect Pro, which worked great, but I had to remap kit midi notes to the regular C#, D# ... scheme. That could be a problem for other apps that don't let you remap.
No, the GM button is part of the AU so it only changes which keys the AU plugin will listen for. The standalone sequencer only outputs the default key mapping for now.

Right now I'm listening to Ruismaker FM + Troublemaker + Ripplemaker all playing together nicely with some subtle variations.

I haven't even touched on adding effects ... I did add Ruismaker though, it seemed incomplete without it!
It takes minimal effort to get something musical going, I like a lot.
Ruismaker FM was already great, but the new standalone euclidian craziness is incredible. Thx Bram! It was worth the wait. And the export options are sweet: wav, mid, all patterns and au presets as zip, cmon! Love it.

This update gives Ruismaker a whole new dimension of capabilities. Love at first sight
Just figured it out. Ridonk easy: in BM3 load Ruismaker as AU plugin (make sure to set the bank as keys). And then simply drag and drop the exported ruismaker_loop.mid file to that bank in song mode (no need to transposition) and that's it!

Love these updates. Turns out I've been doing this for years with my closed/open hihats to get a bouncy, evolving feel out of a simple kick snare beat. Even more fun to throw in some toms. And of course, the golden mutation feature is there. Killer free update brambos, thanks a ton.
Is the mutation feature percentage-based as usual or step-based (i.e. mutation level of 2 adds two hits somewhere in the snare row)? Haven't played enough yet to tell.

Been on the fence with RM FM a long time, but after playing with the new sequencer on the RM update, it was a no brainer. Instant buy. It's also uncanny that last week I've started practicing tapping the fundamental polyrhythms. This will also make for a fun learning tool. I can't wait to get my FM jungle on :-)
BTW, Troublemaker is the first ios synth that has ever made me want to use it for every song. It's much more than just acid. It also mimics a bass much better than the original TB, lol. It can be so creamy smooth.
