Well this little gadget has two of them. Love it
Direct link to standalone. Does not appear to be an IAA instrument in AUM so making midi connections there is wonky (but working with tc-data via AUM). I have gadget but don't use that. But I like the sound of this (the RizingStarz preset is great). Bought the expansion sounds but I think there is enough good starter material in the base presets that many could save their $5...
KORG iMono/Poly by KORG INC.

Omg, only my Amiga 500 would make love to an ST. It's like Romeo and Julius. Interface match mismatch.
My 2000, 600 and CD32sx1 could never stand intimate contact with Atari. Guru Meditation.
LoL
Really? Sweet dreams! I thought the demo track on the in-Gadget "Buy" screen was killer (not in a new favorite song kind of way tho). 2 Kaoss pads in here with that kickass arp? I'm sold. Was always my fave from KORG's vintage VST's. Seriously, it's $20 for a whole new synth to mess around with...how can I complain?
Me too, bought it, didn't listen to stinking demos. If you say stink, I take your word man.
Btw. Punky Brewster is/was a little girl with different coloured boots who lived with an old man who had a big dog in an apartment in New York. It was supposed to be comedy, but today it looks kinda creepy
Given that only the mighty ST has built-in MIDI ports it could not be the other way around.
Sloane Peterson love songs commence with this one. And bonus prizes if you have any Legacy Collection soundbanks. They load right up after an iTunes import.
The spontaneous overdubs that my older brother would do... I still can't talk about it.
I fear you are going down into the depths my friend. Morphine may be required.
Never had the real thing, but enjoying this, irrespective of the occasional bonus of it being a Gadget.
Worst demo song ever.
Yay. My Gadget completist complex is finally broken! Not even a tiny bit interested. I'm Free!
Not an AU. No longer interested. Sorry Gadget lock in system, i've moved on.
Makes pencil note in file. Adds 'hubris' in red ink.
Need to get this. Though it probably suffers from Korg's ignorance in the MIDI department.
But the sounds this beast is capable of, makes it impossible for me to pass ...
Same voodoo crap in swedish app store
Being a Gadget completionist I of course bought this and the IAP instantly
Always love new sounds and an expanded palette in Gadget, and for $25 ... sure in Denmark it’s closer to $32, but we also have 25% VAT, so that’s the main reason for the difference (US App Store price is without VAT) - also, Apple seems to pad the exchange rate a bit to make up for currency fluctuations.
Anyway, for my brief test of this I think I’m gonna love it.
Looking at the screenshots, their Mono/Poly was a bit dusty - they should've cleaned it up a bit before squeezing it onto the iPad.
I had a real Mono/Poly until last summer. Before it went, I made a ten-part detailed and lengthy tour of my Mono/Poly. (Be aware I don't even get around to pressing a key for the first intro one - set aside an hour, I made no attempt to be brief or succinct, I wanted a detailed record to remind me of what I was no longer going to own).
Agreed. The band S U R V I V E used a Mony/Poly all over their "Stranger Things" soundtrack, and that John Carpenter sound is popular again, but they create this demo?
Another update, another IAP and still no sight of any fix for the extreme cpu and battery usage
Here's the real one. Great sounds imo
Me too, though I'd already broke it by not buying Kamata and Miltipas.
I guess this is their way of killing off iPolysix, which hasn't had an update for nearly two years, and instead sucking more cash from Gadget heads. I shudder to think how much cash I've spent on Gadget, and never really used it properly, but yeah - no interest whatsoever on throwing more money at it.
After all, if I want, I can just route iPolysix into BM3.
Snap. Not even a quiver on the buyometer. Not that I could, even if I wanted to as this isn't my iPad.
I dedicated the night to Montpellier... testing testing. I love it. The sounds are amazing.
But Korg... how much will it take to implement auv3... even the kid in my back yard can do it.
Audiobus works, but only as a generator. IAA and midi is implemented, although the description from Korg is thinner than the book about Swedish war heroes.
Does it do the promiscuous midi port thing when in stand alone mode? Does AB3 sort it?
One of my all time favorite hardware synths.
Bought without hesitation.
My favourite Korg app within minutes.
It's the first time a 'Gadget' is easier on my eyes than the stand-alone version
The 8 slot virtual patch-bay and the fact you can automate just about anything with Gadget is a real boon!
It's also perfect 'sampler fodder' for BM3 so for me it's well worth it!
Is the arpeggiator's Trig In exposed in any way? I see it in the graphics along the top but not sure if it's actually available as a virtual port of some sort.
