If Auria Pro and the Fabfilter plugins I just bought go on sale again though.. then I'll really be sad.
You can get a refund and repurchase, but know that Apple only allows a few of those, so make 'em count.
Looks like some of the Fabfiler plugins are actually already on sale, unless it's just some kind of glitch in the Auria Pro store (which has happened to me before).

I asked dev to add Ableton Link and they mentioned it was in the works but no date. At least they updated AB. But Link would rock!
Ta, picked up a couple of those. I used them on my (less space constrained) secondary iPad for jamming and, as @MusicMan4Christ said, sampling.
