Or maybe where the sweatshop basement is located
I hope next Gadget device will be a Granular Synth called 'ROME' ;-)
I'm hoping for a synth called Atlanta where all the notes become grid locked when it snows!
How about Sheffield - (or Pittsburgh) for those metal sounds? ;-)
Maybe Milpitas could be a Sampler Gadget! Ohhh yeah, sendithere, please
Korg Gadget for Ipad, next update announcement.
http://www.korg.com/us/news/2014/0206/#
Scheduled for a late Feb. release date just as we imagined here. Good call, it looks like the update will coincide with the price increase.
If you are still waiting the time to get on board would be now prior to the update.
The following is taken from the article above and is welcome news.
Although we won’t be able to implement all the requests we’ve received so far into this update, we will continue to update Gadget step-by-step for a long time coming.
So, be patient and we’ll do the best we can to fulfill your requests where possible!

I've caved in too. After having read 16 pages here, what else can one do ;-)
Another assimilation. Lord help us.. Does this app have no mercy what so ever?
I'm in now guys!!!! Just got my Gadget this is total Korg professional! I can' t wait for the update. I hope they can implemment a Live performance view for those of us planning to use it live, where we can see the gadget full horizontal screen mode plus the ability to have the patch list be pinned for easy patch switching live. So far i love it a lot.....
Just a short test with Korg Gadget. Hope they fix the annoying bugs in the next update.
Sounds nice Brad!
Yes, very nice!
Really cool. Nice melody, great beat, lush mixing.
Those annoying bugs sound pretty good though.
Bugs or annoying limitations? (i have´nt found any major bugs in it so just curious)
Hey. Thanks guys!
One of the most annoying bugs are when you unfreeze a track, you can't make any adjustments to the synth or drum module anymore. You have to replace the module with itself again, losing your sound/settings.
Another one is that you have to unfreeze all the tracks if you need to arrange the tracks, duplicate them, copy/paste/clear within, etc.
Ok, yea that do sound annoying. Haven't had the need to freeze tracks yet tho. Let's hope Korg is on top of all that stuff
For bug reports and feature requests this way please: https://korgapp.zendesk.com/hc/communities/public/topics/200037165-KORG-Gadget-community
The developer are more or less responsive but they definitely read all stuff there.
Counting down to Feb. 23rd or there about. I can't wait to see what comes after that.
Oooooo, OOOooo, Oooo, Someone over at the Korg forums just came up with the coolest idea yet for gadget.
As you might already be aware, Korg keyboards are noted for their combi modes in which multiple instruments get put together into a single program called a comi(combination) The combis can be split into different zones, have different arps for different zones and all kinds of great variations including velocity sensitivity ect.
A combi mode for gadget would be the coolest for sure. Thanks to BaldEagle at Korg Forums for this idea. I will post the idea over at the gadget sight in the next few days if he does not.

Wow! THis is exactly what i have also been wishing for. I plan to use Gadget live with a midi controller, but if they create a combi mode, that one can save as a preset, then be able to switch between comibis on the fly live that would be so awesome. I also hope they can give us the option to have Landscape Mode for live play, where one can have the whole gadget fill the screen, and have the portrait mode for studio mode where one can use gadget in the original way. I hope they can do this as many cases dont support portrait especially if you are using it with the headphone out plus the usb CCK.
Been a busy couple of days for me, finally getting to dive in a little deeper on this great app:
More Gadget Dub Reggae:
Cheers
Kaoss pads would be cool. Like in iMS20 or iPolysix. Someone already suggested it on the Korg Gadget Community page so I gave my vote. After all, kaoss pads are a lot of fun and Korg likes to implement them into their stuff.
My first Gadet based number.... Headphone mix... Has gone via Auria for extra action....
me likee!
Dope track skop
I've tried to export a short loop from Gadget to LoopyHD,without much success.
The loop gets imported Via General past board, but there is a big gap at the end of the audio so the loops have a silent portion.
Has anyone else tried exporting loops from Gadget ?
Gadget doesn't trim the exported audio into loops, since that would cut out any tails on the exported song. An option for exporting trimmed audio would be a good addition though.
