I'm very curious if they'll have an update which focuses on "WOW" factor or one that seriously cleans up things in preparation for amazing stuff to come. I'm excited about the prospects for this app either way.
Brad - nice, Great pad sound.

Thanks. It's two modules playing together.
I need to go back and mix the whole thing better.
Tweaked bit in my mix, really impressed with the range of sounds in Gadget and how polished sounding you can make things.
It must be the 23rd already overseas, Not long to wait perhaps? Fingers and toes crossed here!

Yup. I recall KORG had a set date for the update.... and I believe it was said to be the 24th. Better get off the fence if you're still sitting on it. Update brings the higher price tag.
@Ominilimbo I broke down and just got Gadget before the intro price ended. And like everybody else on here I gotta give it 2 thumbs up for being an intuitive music making monster! Without looking at the manual for more than 10 seconds, I had whipped up a fantastic funky tune (with 8 synths and 2 scenes) and dropped it into Auria in about 10 minutes. Honestly the same amount of music being made that smoothly before Gadget would've taken me probably days to throw together. It was awesome enough to seriously consider throwing some guitars and whatever other apps I might crank into it tomorrow morning. Thanks go out to all you posters on this thread. I woulda never noticed Gadget were it not for your 800 plus posts in a really short time catching my attention! Just goes to show the mighty Audiobus forum is THE place to go for all things IOS music: whether it's on the Bus yet or not!
Korg Gadget version 1.02 is available and includes AudioBus support amongst other new features.
Nice! Seems like it's working too.
Korg just keeps on giving:

you can win all the Volcas, MS 20 mini, midi keyboards and stuff, wow!
WOW only just had time to update and play. Gadget just got a whole lot better!!
@firejan82 Thanks for sharing that!
.
Wobbly bass and the Amen break, yaay never heard that before...:) It really did turn out messy tho, so watch yer ears
I use gadget to make Deepressed House and hip hop
Wow this thread shuts down safari on my ipad air due to annihilating the memory....another example of why ipad air needs more ram....nice tracks btw had to open battery saver app and reallocate memory as it was loading the page !
10 to 29mb free after loading this page (no other apps or anything apart from battery saver) what a disappointment.....wonder if IOS 7.1 will optimise anything...
"HH Gadget"
Really cool laid back weird beat. I dunno...I get an image of Snoop Dogg hittin the bong a bit too hard, and this was the result. Anyway, really cool
@DaveMagoo. I actually believe it's an ios7 issue rather than isolated to the Air. I only updated to 7 from 6 last week, and the amount of crashing on my ipad4 via Safari, and iTunes Store is very noticeable. Also, downloading via safari, there is no staus bar on ios7 so you can't tell if process is working or not.
Can't say I've noticed much good about 7, and wish Id stuck to my guns for a few months more. At least I get to play with Gadget. Great app.
I switched to google chrome but it still crashes with pages with a lot of video or soundcloud links on.
Any online preset sharing for Gadget?

No,the Air and Mini retina uses at least 20% more Ram than the iPad4 does (both ios7).Easy to compare in cMemory.I NEVER had the Ram on my iPad4 permanently maxed out.But it seems the normal case on my new mini R.permanent 92-93% Ram usage.ONLY with safari open.Safari crashed 3 times on this page while i wrote you this (i just switched to ONE other tab for example=crash). It's ridiculous!
My first little play with gadget, done today! Dont laugh! It's very cheesy!
@Crabman I have exactly the same issues you describe. It may well be worse on the Air, but I can state for a fact this never affected my ipad4 until I adopted ios7. Yes, crashed while I was writing this too. Sucks
@Kloon: very eighties, but sounds nice!

Yes the latest update I recon. First time safari crashed on the AB forum for me today. (Im on pc now)
iOS 7 and shoddy hardware like the iPad Air = crash fest on pages like this. 7.1 will "fix" some of the browser experience. Can't fix badly engineered and rushed iDevices like the Air though
iPad 6 will probably be a decent piece of hardware, looking at history it seems every even number Apple gets it right so...
iPad 1 Lemon
iPad 2 Proper specs
iPad 3 Lemon
iPad 4 Proper specs
iPad 5 Lemon
iPad 6 Most likely proper specs
2 crashes within 10 seconds of viewing this page. I'm on 7.0.4 .....not updated yet.
.
Just crashed on me too. For the first time ever. I upgraded to ios7 a couple of weeks after it first came out. I'm presently on iOS 7.0.4, iPad 2.
I had websites go poof occasionally on iOS 6 as well, so I'm having a hard time believing this has anything to do with ios7...,
