Oh please don't :) It's a terrible feature - I don't get notifications, don't see names, and can't reply other than via email anyway. At least I see email address, I'm sending you email now.

100+ NYSTHI modules are coming. Many thanks to Antonio for fixing the few compatibility issues we found, and for the modules themselves in the first place of course.

    Fantastic!

I doubt grayscale will read this but it’s bizarre not to allow MiRack use fundamentals.

I just built a patch in MiRack, uploaded it to my dropbox and it loads perfectly into VCV rack.

So that would mean that when version 2. > paid VCV rack comes along many people would buy it so they could build patches on the move or on the sofa inside MiRack.

A very bad move by grayscale and will definitely hinder future sales of any of his products.

    Great News!!!

Will the great “Simpliciter” be included?

  • Not until miRack supports v1 API or Antonio ports it back to 0.6 (which he did for the beautiful ETCHASKETCHOSCOPE).

  • Alright I’m glad modules are getting added but now I’m very keen on the option to remove some from view. It’s about to be a madhouse in the browser!

  • @DCJ Yep there will be.

  • Ok cool, but how about getting some type of new fundamental modules to replace those old ones? I’m lost without em and have shelved the app for now :(

  • Well I'm thinking if thoses graycales modules should be an IAP and then the money sent to the VCVrack project?

Which of them do you miss?

I don’t miss ‘em. Glad they’re outta there after all the bad blood, and so far I can’t think of any that don’t have suitable replacements. I may just not have used all of them and don’t remember ones that I hadn’t used.

  • I don't miss them either. In fact, I don't understand what all the fuss is about. For the folks that stuck with the basic modules to get around and have a bunch of broken patches, I offer condolences... but I can assure you that there's certainly no shortage of superior modules to take their place.

    For example, these upcoming beauties:

  • Very sensible reply from a rational point of view.

That reminds me, Antonio sent me this patch.

  • Outstanding!

Keep up the great work, both of you.

@mifki Can you share it on PatchStorage. I’m on the beta.

Yeah, would love to try this in beta.

    Thanks!

  • Really looking forward to the nysthi modules. That's my favorite bundle along with blamsoft. Lots of wicked samplers and delays like the model277 and nyecho/jirajira!

  • where does this dual LPG come from? Looks interesting.

  • @mifki have you had any more thoughts about a miRack player as an AUv3 plugin?

    It's also a Nysthi module.

Not about that specifically, but I've got this working (screen recording introduced some huge latency, it's not there in real life):

  • Sahhweet! You're awesome mifki
