DOPE
Looks great! Does that allow multiple instances though? Im imagining a time when mirack can handle all my effects in an AUv3 host..
Great news @mifki !
Awww yeah! @mifki Audio input! Multi-audio outputs too please!
yes of course, I forgot. I used it a lot in VCV. Although, not very impressive in sound.

Has anyone tried NYSTHI recorders in beta versions? Are they working ok and good for your needs?
Yup. I used the master recorder by nysthi and it works wonderfully. Saved the file right in the mirack folder and even allowed me to rename it after tapping on the elapsed time in the module. Thanks so much sir!! opened in audioshare
Why only ask beta testers? Please release it and we'll see!
I could test them on VCVrack but that's not the iOS ecosystem.
Yes master recorder works fine on iPad Pro 12.9 2nd gen.
Would good if saving direct to audioshare was an option
You can save to AudioShare via the Files.app interface, I mean AudioShare is one of the 'Locations' right?
You cant choose audioshare as a destination from the module. Only ‘on my ipad’
On the other hand apps that implement a 'Document Picker' can fetch the files from any app that is visible to Files.app.
One way to fix this would be for the app to 'choose a location' where it will save the files.
iPadOS13 allows access to 'other' Documents folders as well so in theory it should be possible to select other destination folders but this would only be available on iPadOS13...
You can pre choose file destination from the module just not audioshare
@mifki Do we have any Pitch modules yet similar to 21Khz pitch tools ?
Hey guys,
I made a version with audio input support available to beta testers. There's a new Audio In module in Audio & MIDI group.
miRack can be used as an effect (or output) in Audiobus. Sorry, looks like this broke AUM support, and miRack can ONLY be set as an effect there, not as an input, this will be fixed in the next build.
Consider this an initial implementation, it worked for me in a simple test, let me know any issues you notice when using in your usual workflow.
ive Updated and now no patch will open not even a new patch.
Weird all my patches (and the audio input module) work fine. What are OS/device you on?
@mifki Just tried Audio In via Audiobus 3 using Autony driving BS-16i into MiRack via the new module then into a mixer and out again within the app BS-16i was loud and clear now for some more complex routings.
Wow what a batshit crazy thread this has been. Just binged it!
I have a simple question:
Can MiRack make sound that can be recorded in AUM or Cubasis?
(I'll have more complicated questions later.)
Yep, its IAA now........ i dont have Cubasis though.
Sorry forgot to include but I’m on 13.2.2 and 2018 9.7 iPad. (A10 chip)
Have tried powering your iPad down (full shutdown) and back up?
Shamefacedly , that worked !
Is there any point in making miRack available as an output in AB?
A creative way to record output from an AB chain for later use inside a mi patch maybe?
Might be especially interesting in combination with beat-synced and loop recording.
If a person wants to build their own mastering and recording tools?
Yeah I guess all the same can be done by having miRack as a filter, so I wonder is it any different?
