    Hey guys so I am digging more into this app now.... wow!! So I see that I can rearrange slices and copy and paste... is there a random function? Also I am confuse on the midi and audio files... does the midi point to the slices? I suppose I should read the manual. 😂

    @onerez yeah its probably a betachannel (14.2) thing.. dunno...but be sure to backup stuff everyday :#
    @Atlesbe definitely. Why I wiped my ipad, can't live without Auditor (batch conversion, slices)

    My guess: you had a beta on your iPad which expired. As a result, anytime it tried to open it, it failed.

    Just wondering: does anyone know if applying AUv3 effects is something on the road map for Auditor at any point? It's already an invaluable tool for me but being able to run things through AUv3s (like Soundforge does with VSTs, for example) would be AMAZING.

    Andy hasn't said. I recommend writing to him to let him know what features are of interest (which doesn't necessarily mean they'll be implemented, but he does listen).

    I wish it could use AUv3 effects.
    There is this little free app that pairs well with Auditor to quickly apply some AUv3 effect.
    You add an audio file, can add up to 4 AUv3 FX, can tweak and reorder the FX, and it freezes the new audio (rather than realtime render/record) as an exportable .wav file.

    That's exactly what I wanted! In fact, to be totally honest, just one AUv3 at a time would have been fine - thanks immensely!

    What is there to know? I think it has reached a point of stability and completeness where I wouldn't expect frequent updates.

    Somehow copy/paste to general pasteboard has sunk down the todo list but as yours is actually the 3rd request I’ve had in as many weeks so I think it’s time to push it up the list and get it done … expect to see it in the next update! :)

    In my case it's a few 'random' crashes that may be a bit tricky to track down & repeat but they are quite repeatable on my end.
    All feedback has been thru TestFlight to respect the devs wishes.

    My main concern was if I should re-install the AppStore version and loose the features that are present in the beta...
    ...or postpone Auditor usage until the next beta drops...

    Guess I'll wait for the update :)

    Isn't the app store version the same as the last beta? I believe it is.

    Has the sample audition feature in the file browser been removed? It’s vanished in my version now. It was quite handy!

    Does anyone know if audio unit hosting is ever gonna happen inside Auditor? I emailed the developer but I haven't received any answer
