I guess you don’t read much about what virologists and epidemiologists have been saying. There is overwhelming consensus that it was not man made. There are very very few that say otherwise. As with climate change, the very few scientists that take the contrarian point of view have their voices amplified in such a way as to give the impression that there is some widespread debate.

I didn't say that. What is said in plain english was I think the americans released it in wuhan in oct 2019 in the wuhan military games. They chose there because the whole world would automatically blame china. It was another american false flag attack. America loves false flag attacks They mentor with israel. We've used them at least since the Maine in Havana harbor. But china was, with great discipline, able to ricochet it back. That's what ricochet means. When it started, trump said something like ...'wait...this'll be something very good for america'. Google fort detrick biohazard coronavirus .... and Bird flu and swine flu ...where'd they come from ? Another reason all those compromised virologist are trying to protect their arses. Going to prison is still way worse than just loosing your job and being blacklisted forever.

I call nonsense on this, as I did to Chinese friends who said it when things developed and that idea first appeared. If America was responsible for this why did they let it come back to spread in their own country? Or to their allies? The idea that America was responsible started to spread when people in China were angry at the government for mismanaging the local handling of the virus. And it was basically due to a mistranslation of a news post talking about the first local infections in the US. People got the idea that there was an independent origination of the virus in the US that wasn't connected to the Chinese strain. The government here took advantage of that misunderstanding.

Once the government here got it under control, that idea quickly became forgotten, haven't heard anyone say that since spring. China has done well from the virus. People here are very happy with their government at the moment and look with pity on counties like the UK and US which have managed it so poorly.

I couldn't care less. Yes the sentiment here was clear. I mean out of just probability, there would be one trump supporter. But no, not even one. And there's alot of young people who support him. @Max23, I believe Harris represents something great and evolutionary. The first woman, the first Indian, the first African American VP. She held the banks’ feet to the fire during the mortgage crisis. She has charisma. If she were gay it would have been a royal flush.

Like Biden, and every other human, she has made errors of judgement. However, I think she will be inspired by her time and place in history. The opportunity to be an inspiration to little girls and grown women. Coming into office at a desperate time. I think these guys will do their best. You can’t ask for more than that... and they did prove, in Trump's vernacular, that they are winners.

I feel obligated to add, that to my way of thinking, without the pandemic Trump would have been re-elected with ease. Great economy and the rarity of unseating an incumbent. The Dems, aside from the top slots, lost this elections pretty big. No Senate (most likely), losses in the House and Republican gains on the state and local level. It’s horrible to contemplate the toll for this victory, but the Dems had a powerful ally. The Coronavirus.
