    @david_2017 I've not heard of one, but Splice has a rent-to-own option - https://splice.com/plugins/15493-serum-vst-au-by-xfer-records

All the cool kids are using Vital now, which you can get for free, so I suggest demoing both - https://vital.audio

Hey Man, thanks for the headsup! Didn't know that. appreciate your reply.
    Will definitely check out Vital!

Surge is a free wavetable synth, not sure if it was mentioned (not recently, that I can tell)

This could get interesting. If it reaches a certain level, I’m sure I’ll have to get in and purchase stuff I clearly don’t need. IKM has a history of marketing and policies that can rub people the wrong way, but they also have some insane deals every once in awhile. This could turn into one of those deals.

They do, on the other hand their software and hardware is exceptionally good and their support for MixBox for example has been nothing but stellar so far.

One important sidenote here, the product you will get for free has to be same or lesser value then what you bought. So don't count on getting something for 50$ and then a 300$ product for free :D

BTW, displaying net EUR prices in bold and the actual, higher prices in brackets in smaller print is an abomination. I mean, American consumers are conditioned to accept having to pay more at the checkout than they see on the label, but we in Europe shouldn't fall into the same trap :)

Lol you are right, I didn't even see that. I hate that, but it's pretty common for shops that mainly targets professionals.

Think the Arturia sale is ending tomorrow (8th Aug) but it might be worth checking out if you could get a sweet deal on Analog Lab - I had the lite version, and with the 50% sale and an upgrade discount I ended up paying €34 instead of €199....niiiccceee...!

  • Thanks for posting. I'm a bit confused as it says "Install on Windows" everywhere but also "Redeemable on Other Platforms". Did you buy this and can you confirm the keys are for Mac versions? I've been looking for a decently priced, quality Mac stereo editor. Thanks!

Just checked with the Humble crew and this is Windows only unfortunately.

Just checked and it’s up to 2 free products, with many days to go!

Does anyone have insight to the various IK products for desktop? I have MixBox for iPad and it’s great. Thinking about getting it for Mac. Or is that a waste?

Soniccouture Electro-Acoustic is 60% off fyi. Always wish I grabbed it on the original intro a few years ago:

    https://www.soniccouture.com/en/products/28-experimental/g58-electro-acoustic/

Konkrete is quite cool too. Very unconventional and drums can be layered well.

    Dammit! Great find. Dammit!

I came here to post about a deal, not get lured into buying something else! LMAO. Time to test my willpower.

I Recently picked up "Box of Tricks" by this same developer (The Imogen Heap Kontakt Instrument(s)). I've been really happy with it. I really like randomizers, sequencers, Arps, etc though. Probably because I have zero musical training or background and I do a lot of hurling to see what sticks! After digging this a lot, I ended up buying the "Extended Piano" on a super sale (that I should have posted here now that I think about it - oops). I think I would have rather had the drums though! Rough life!

Eventide has their H949 Harmonizer Plugin on a great discount right now. Normally, $199, currently $50 until September 7th. https://www.eventideaudio.com/products/clockworks-legacy/harmonizer/h949-harmonizer

It can get confusing which one this is as they have quite a few plugins that all sorta/kinda do similar things and have similar names. To clarify, the H949 is the newer unit with more features than the H910 (which is also excellent). This thing can do all kinds of great glitchy "crystal-y" type sounds on top of the regular harmonizing features.

Sound quality is stunning. I did a side by side of Eventide versus Soundtoys a while back and in my opinion, Eventide takes the cake for sound quality on this type of plugin (and to me it's not even really that close). I love Soundtoys don't get me wrong, I prefer their delays but I'm just saying Eventide does a fantastic job in this area for my ears anyway.

I'm no expert on this gear so do your own research but I think the TLDR here is: this is a very low price and it sounds good!

I don’t know how long it’s been going or when it ends, but pretty much everything (samplepacks/synth (Serum/Massive) preset packs/etc.) is just a dollar right now at https://samplified.us/ . An even more phenomenal value is their bundles, each at $2.

Never heard of them, just found them by chance via a websearch for something else, but I bought both bundles, have only opened a couple packs so far, but really happy with the sounds, especially at those low freaking prices. (Much of their samplepacks have a corresponding soundcloud demo so you can get a taste before you buy.) But yeah, not sure how long the sale lasts, so you might wanna jump on it.

If you like it on iPad, it would be pretty much the same thing on Mac. So only you can decide if it's worth it for you. Like most software, you'll find differing opinions on everything IK. I'm guessing AmpliTube (and all of it's products) is probably the most popular. A lot of people prefer Native Instruments Kontakt to IK's Sampletank, but if the group buy keeps going up and up, pricing can make everything enticing. If you're getting lots of free products, it's easier to take a chance on something that may or may not work out for you. ARC System 3 might be a difference maker (or maybe not), but easier to try with a group buy. Although it gets tricky because ARC can't be a free choice, so it would determine the level of all the rest of your free stuff. I've never had any interest in MODO Bass or Drum, but now I'm looking into what it does.

Some of the software can be demoed, but I think you need to create an account and sign in first. If it goes high enough, I know I will be in.

  • ADSR Sounds is giving away 20 Free Sound Packs! Not sure how long. Just got the email, but figured I'd share! Enjoy.

  • Don’t know if that was posted, but you can get 3 months of Reason+ for 3$ if you use the code 333 on checkout:

Just remember that you to cancel in on time but that’s a great way to try out reason 12 and the new sampler.

  • Oh and @rs2000, not sure if you own it already or not but it sounds really, really good. Just watching the little intro tutorial vid where they do the deep dive into features etc. Just the 808 kick = 13k samples. :o I was wondering how this file size could possibly be so large, now we know!

  • 3rd free product unlocked in the IK Multimedia Group Buy https://www.ikmultimedia.com/25gb/

  • "Orb Synth" by Hexachords (Same folks who make Orb AI Software) = $5 on Plugin Boutique, normally $59. Just bought it a moment ago and it's most definitely worth $5 for the presets alone. Super clean UI, sounds excellent - I'm actually pretty surprised how great it sounds. You don't need to own the Orb Suite or whatever to get this - it runs as a regular old synth plugin. https://www.pluginboutique.com/products/7075-Orb-Synth

Damn I’m getting really tempted now. I’ve always wanted T-Racks although not keen to shell out circa 500 and for it (deluxe version), however if that means a free Mixbox for Mac and another goodie as well it may well be worth it. Not sure what the 3rd product should be. Syntronik any good?
