FM 7 module for Tera Pro released

In Roland Zenbeats you can pick what size the plugin will have, 50%, 75% or 100%. When changing size of TP after this update the frame around the app changes size, but the app UI stays the same but is scrollable. The size of the UI itself seems larger than before, at 100% unnecessary large?

So the new module is an fm player then? Does it load the dx7 sound carts? I think I’m not willing to buy at this moment. I bought everything else but this one isn’t where I need it to be for 10 bucks…especially when I have Dixie

Yes, it loads sysex. While it doesn't support editing like Dixie, which has its merits like stacking patches, the fun here would come from combining it with other oscillators and using a patch with Tera's filters.

Here Are Some 1000s Of Sound For The FM Module
You have to unzip it and in user make a folder
DX7_AllTheWeb
And follow the structure of the unzipped directory
P.S Every .sys File is a bank NOT A SIMPLE PATCH
I’ve tried to load the zip file but it did not work for me
If Anyone can make it work with some workaround Please Let us know all

maybe i just do something wrong.
not in that specific update, but when i modify a factory patch and wanna save that in my user folder it just put it in the factory folder...🙃

Hmm. I dunno... if Tera Pro allows me to import and organize my own FM synth patches the way I want it might be worth the $9.99 upgrade for that alone. KQ Dixie sounds great but has one of the most nightmarish patch organization systems I've ever seen.

Oof yeah it’s horrible. It’s one of my favorite FM synths on iOS but the preset navigation is abysmal. Which sucks because I have so many old DX7 patches.

As stated in the original post, no, much of the deeper functionality is intentionally masked in favor of simpler controls.

… and then it was later hinted at that full control will come at some point.

• Unison Layer/Split for workstation sounds.

I take it we don’t have control over that but patches with it already play back?

I think what is meant here is the A/B layering that can be done next the the preset name.

Yes, back to normal again. I think it could be improved though by scaling to to the window size as when you have a keyboard open the lower part of the interface gets cut off and you can’t scroll it.
Just one more thing, Logic enforces dark mode but I find the light version easier for my eyesight so it would be nice to have that in the options. Thank you for your consideration.

Thanks guys! Honestly just having an FM module to blend with everything else is still an insane proposition. Really looking forward to trying out. I still can’t quite get the workflow to click with me but I can’t deny its power and sound. It’s a great synth.

Silly question but have you also updated the app from app store profile? Need the update as well as the iap purchase

Not silly at all - and you were right! Have been on holiday and haven’t been updating apps like I usually do. Hopefully that will solve it. Cheers!
