Hey @Diode108, I've got the iPad version, but I've been using my iPhone 6 plus more and more because I always have it with me. Any chance you could make Diode universal?

Haha. Thanks. It's really the work of redoing the UI that's the hardest part of getting to universal. I think we'll know how to do that all better on our next product. This was our maiden voyage. We'd definitely like to have an iPhone version, especially with the new bigger iPhones.

Mad props to Colin at thesoundtestroom. He's been switching out our Diode-108 ads by hand every week so that visitors don't get that nasty "oh it's the same old ads" feeling. Those guys are pros!

Well it worked.
I was so sick of seeing the thread title I went and bought the app this weekend.
At first, I think I like it.
It loads a little slow when switching to-fro other apps.
Next I need to look into what the templates are and how song building page works.

I agree. And also it would be nice to have pattern export (instead of having to create songs). But everything else in Diobe is great.

Which are the biggest pain points for having to hit LOAD? Sample import? Song load? It's a fine balance deciding what to require a LOAD button for. The pain of an accidental load when you're trying to scroll is pretty high.
And I'm tempted to start a new thread for Diode-108. 20 pages is a lot!
Before you do, can you answer my question about where we should put any user kits for sharing ie do you have space on your web site?
Sorry, I missed your question. We don't have space on our website for arbitrary uploads yet. A concern would be ownership of samples. We don't want to accidentally host samples that violate copyright. We have been very careful to license the samples we use. If you have any ideas for how we could get a kit sharing group rolling, please let me know!

As Jerry himself once mentioned: I am so busy doing nothing... that the idea of doing anything - which as you know, always leads to something - cuts into the nothing and then forces me to have to drop everything.
That's very true, doing nothing has a nasty habit of becoming an actual thing - as in this example where thinking about nothing is disrupting the Formless Jhanas-like state I achieve when browsing this forum. This post is turning into an actual thing now.

Letting each other know here? And dropboxing them? I uploaded two kits, straight forward Acoustic kits, with all ya need for pop/rock/metal songs, that work really well in Diode. I got them from Derek buddemeyer, I'll ask him if I can share them. I don't think it will be a problem.
Dropbox sounds so useful, could really do with learning how to use it properly! :-)
I've always wished all/more paid apps had a try before you buy version. The amount of cash I could have saved.
