Nice
The quality/value of ringatron is a topic I exhaust my contemporaries with on the regular. Now Real Phase has offered up an additional course to an already carefully curated meal that had us totally sasiated. Now we fatten on the corpses of deprecated AU's and Granulators that Quantavox unalived.
"Samplr, semi recently got multiple plugs by one of the largest EDM artists..."
what is semi?
Music Apps with IAP sales

Miscellaneous Free IAPs

Samplr and Borderlands are two non-AU apps that are still worth having because their interfaces are that good.
In the modular landscape of AUv3 it's easy to forget to go deep with one app.
Totally agree.
Id love em to be auv3 but i basically treat them like an external instrument . They are that good and no one’s really made an auv3 quite like em
Well put.
AI/Productivity
Bullet Point - AI Text Conversion is free usually $1.99

+1 they are both excellent, perhaps the most playble of the samplers and definitely worth it despite only being IAA. Samplr has a "Back to IAA host" button, Borderlands could really do with one, but with a bit of care they integrate very well into an AUM live rig.
A couple Music App IAPs on Sale

True @offbrands i guess it’s mostly about how you like to create and one’s workflow, which is a personal preference. I still use several IAA or core midi only apps.
Ah, while envelope-nuance-detection is indeed a honed sense (and definitely not placebo
), I rather meant that e.g. the attack range is scaled way too far, making it impossible to set precisely within the ~0-10% range, and useless after ~40%.
I'm in the same boat, not sure how the hell people are seeing a difference between this $100 compressor and that $10 compressor with the same number of knobs. Like, it compresses, dunnit? That being said... It's easy enough to tell the flat/stepped/rigid response of a 90s toy digi synth or a lot of 1st-2nd-gen VST's after being spoiled on the curved/smooth/dynamic response of everything about a Minimoog, for example.

@Fruitbat1919, BandDelay got an update yesterday, is it working for you now?
Yes, fixed now
Great!
Whatcha think of it thus far?
How are the presets?!- if I recall it too had a shit ton like Ringotron does and I remember it sounding really lush.
There are lots of apps out there worth having that aren’t AUv3. I never got that “it has to be AU or I’m out” - some apps don’t need to be AU at all. I’ve got a couple of the seqsual apps that I love called Astal and sqsl RSVP and neither need to be AU.
@offbrands thank you for the mention and positive feedback. It is much appreciated.
