Thanks Gav, seems more stable here now since I kicked the longer samples out. A shame actually, as a longer sample provides a bigger pool of audio to randomise and play with, though having six tracks, and being able to load several instances into AUM compensates for this.
What would be nice is being able to move the start point for each segment, to fix loops that aren’t in perfect time, plus reloading the previous session, but still a lot of fun to be had.
It works if i import them for me. With the + sign inside the user samples
Yeah, they said as much in one of their YouTube comments.
So much awesome stuff in one day, what a day…
Yeah, I think you can only move global start / end points. Worth a request maybe?
Yea, I meant if you dump a bunch of folders in the files app shared folder for Loopmix, they aren’t going to show up in the shared folder in the AU. That shared folder is accessible in standalone only.
Oh you are right
Yep….annoying and reported. The more people contact the devs about this and other annoyances, the more likelihood they’ll be remedied 💀
Loot Audio has the desktop app for £35.60 (roughly $40 USD). They have a freebie, too, but it requires Kontakt.

(Yes, they're legit and have been around for quite a while. They used to be Kontakt Hub and Sampleism.)
My account was hacked

second this
Done.
Put a bug in their ear for both Playbeat and Loopmix.
Any chance they will add a swing or shuffle function? Both Gatelab and Effectrix have this.
Can you transpose the key/scale of an imported and other melodic samples here?
Edit.. Sorry, found it.. yes you can (key)..
anyone experience with saving? most of the time my sequences seem to vanish as soon as I touch the keyboard.. (after I loaded my previously saved preset)
when the preset is just loaded
right after I touch the keyboard.. sequence gone
Message the devs, that could be cool
Definitely brother, and I’m looking forward to trying this with scatterbrain and other apps, as mentioned above.
Maybe send a vid to the devs on Twitter. I haven’t come across this problem.
Just did via their support mail + vid.
If anyone might recognise, here’s what it looks like on vid..
from recent audiomodern correspondence: “ Currently the drag n drop feature is only available for the desktop version, however it is something that we will be adding on our first update along with multiple outputs.” and about my problem reported above: “ if you mean the remixes, we have identified a minor bug which affects the sequencer tab on certain setups, I can confirm we have fixed this and new version will be uploaded to the AppStore today.”
I don’t know but hope both mails refer to the same update..
I thought I asked this question but I can’t find it…
do you have to download the 1.6 GB of loops ? can you download them individually ? or only all at once? Can you store them externally or in iCloud?
I know you can easily skip downloading the packs. You’re asked in the beginning. Don’t know bout partial downloads..
Ok, cool. So you can skip completely. Cool, so it’s not a single 1.6 Gb file, it’s individual packs? Just curious since I’m gonna buy this real soon but wondering about how the downloads work since space is limited.
I answered this in another thread - despite what I thought initially, you can’t download individual packs - but you can download the whole thing and then delete whatever you don’t want. Audiomodern are looking into the idea of allowing downloads of individual packs from the factory bank, whether they will implement it or not, I don’t know, but for now, deleting anything you don’t want is the way.
I’m pretty sure I just had it automatically shifting the layers along on every cycle, but I tapped a load of stuff to stop it, and eventually it did but I didn’t figure out what it was I did to do that - am I imagining the whole thing, or is it a setting I’m missing in the interface/manual?
Correction, offset, not shift
Not 100% sure I get you. The waveforms often change in each preset, that can be because the loop may be 4 bars but if speed is set to 16ths, a loop will scroll through 4 cycles to get to the end. Someone else mentioned being confused by that in the YT comments. Is that what you're referring to?
Ah maybe that’s it, basically the waveforms were shifting along under the sequencer pattern each for bar cycle. It meant that the sound was shifting nice and subtly each time, while the rhythm remained constant (I’m feeding it recordings of valves just doing their thing as suggested 😉)
@Krupa There's a shift control on the sequencer tab and an offset control above the top track. Perhaps you had one or both of them randomizing?
The offset control moves left or right in increments of one, based on your speed.
